Hiit Republic (The ‘Promoter’) $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard Promotion is Viva Leisure Operations Pty Ltd ABN 20 609 536 665 of DKSN 2.0 North Building, Level 3/23 Challis Street, Dickson, ACT, 2062.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion within the last three months.
Eligible Location means any hiit republic nationally.
Eligible Membership means any eligible Hiit Republic Single Membership, Hiit Republic Multi Membership, Hiit Republic Dual Membership and Hiit Republic + Club Lime Membership on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion period subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.clublime.com.au/about/legal-stuff/
Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, ANU Student/Staff/Alumni memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi Memberships, GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single Club Memberships, hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Dual Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, Club Lime + hiit republic + Ladies Only Club Memberships, all memberships at the excluded locations listed above and all visit passes.
Date of Eligibility means 8 August 2025.
Good Standing means all required payments are up to date with no outstanding arrears. The membership must be active with no pending cancellation or suspension requests up to and including the Date of Eligibility.
Promotion Period means the period commencing on Monday 2nd June 2025 to Friday 13th June 2025, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Eligible Individual who joins and pays the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the membership Terms and Conditions.
The Eligible Individual will be required to pay an activation fee of $49.00 upon joining.
The first 6,000 Eligible individuals who join will receive an SMS link providing access to a $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard.
Additional Eligible Individuals will be provided a $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard at the Promoters sole discretion.
The SMS link will be issued once the Eligible Individual has joined for a period of 8 weeks and the membership is of Good Standing at the date of eligibility.
Eligible Members will need to download the prompted app and activate the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Vault Payment Solutions.
Only one (1) $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be redeemable per eligible member.

In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in the Vault Payments app. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their mobile number is correctly registered and that their device is capable of receiving SMS messages. Participants acknowledge that once the SMS has been sent, the Promoter has discharged its obligation under these Terms, regardless of whether the participant actually receives or is able to access the SMS.
The Promoter is not responsible for issues that are linked to the set up and activation of the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard. Eligible Members who experience technical difficulties will need to contact their network service provider, phone service provider or Vault Payment Solutions in accordance with their terms and conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any issues relating to the payment or use of the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard. Eligible Members who encounter issues must contact the merchant or Vault Payment Solutions in accordance with their terms and conditions
The Promoter is not obligated to replace or refund any amount associated with this offer. We accept no responsibility for cards that are lost, stolen, misused, or damaged, except where required by consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded under these terms and conditions.
The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, expense, or harm of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use, misuse, inability to use, or unauthorised use of the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, unauthorised transactions, technical failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays, or any other issues related to the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard. The Eligible Individual acknowledges that they use the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard at their own risk and agrees to hold the Promoter harmless from any claims arising from such use.
The Digital Prepaid Card is issued and operated by a Vault Payment Services. The Promoter expressly disclaims all liability for any acts, omissions, errors, failures, disruptions, or deficiencies attributable to any third-parties. This includes, but is not limited to, system outages, processing errors, card functionality issues, payment delays, account access problems, customer service deficiencies, changes to terms and conditions, or any other matters related to the operation, administration, or servicing of the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard.
The Eligible Individual acknowledges that any claims, disputes, or inquiries regarding the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard’s functionality, availability, or performance must be directed to the relevant third-party, and the Promoter shall not be responsible for resolving such matters. By accepting and using the $100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard, the Eligible Individual agrees to be bound by the third-party provider's terms and conditions and acknowledges that the Promoter is merely facilitating access to the third-party service.
